Ahead of 2023, EGO is releasing several new 56V Self Propelled Mowers, String Trimmer, 26″ Hedge Trimmer, 10″ Pole Saw, and More.
Ego is launching several new products to End the year and really to start 2023 And you can find most of these already In the stores today [Music] We've got five brand new ego 56 volt Products in front of us so we're going To cover each one now we've got a string Trimmer which is a 16 inch string Trimmer we've got a 26 inch hedge Trimmer we've got an extending Telescoping 56 volt pole saw 10 inch Pole saw and we've got two brand new 21 Inch self-propelled mowers let's get Started first up is the Lm2114 SP 21 inch self-propelled mower From ego now this is running on their 56 Volt battery And this one is kitted with the six amp Hour 56 volt and you're going to get up To 50 minutes of run time on this now One of the great things about the ego Product is with one hand I can adjust All four wheels on this and adjust the Mowing height of this mower I don't have To go to a front and a back or even to All four corners I can just easily pull That back lift it up put it in the Proper spot and I'm ready to go another Great feature of the ego products is the Ability to Stow this away and quickly Kind of fold up the handle so we open This up we can slide the handle down Lock it back in place squeeze this
Trigger here Just with pulling the bag off I can stand this up and be able to stand That up in the corner of a garage even Put it in a closet if I have to I don't Have to worry about oil or gas or Anything spilling I can Fold It Up put It away and I'm ready to go and just as Quick I can lay that down squeeze the Handle raise it back up open this up Slide it up And now I'm ready to go also depending On what type of mowing I want to do I Have several different options here Obviously I can open this up hang the Bag right there and I'm ready to go now I can start bagging it's going to take Everything all the debris and put it in The bag for me now if I want to do some Mulching lift this up pull this out of The way Take the mulching plug Slide it in and now we're good to go now That's going to keep everything inside The deck churning and dropping it and Mulching all the grass and my third Option is to remove the plug remove the Plug put this tongue down there in that Groove And then this lid is going to hold that Chute into place and now I can shoot out The right hand side of the mower And the great thing about this is is now I'm shooting out the right but there's
Nothing sticking out Beyond this so I Can still mow right up against the fence Line or whatever I need to get close to Without that shoot hindering anything Because it's back here and shooting Behind the mower now here we are looking At the controls of this mower very easy To understand this is going to be your Speed control so I can slow it all the Way down or speed it all the way up or Anywhere in between so I can quickly With my thumb be able to adjust the Speed of this Mower and typically when You set it you're good to go To safely engage the blades I have to Hold the power button down and pull the Ring back at the same time they're not Going to let go of the power button Now as long as I have the battery in the Mower I don't have to turn it on I don't Have to put a power button I can just Squeeze either side and that will Engage The self-propelled So very easy I can grab either side to Engage that or I can grab both at the Same time And we have a button here that we can Turn our LED lights the headlights on or Off so no longer does it just run when The mower is running we can actually Turn those on or turn those off I know Here in Florida we love to mow in the Afternoons when it's much cooler so to Have those lights on is actually a huge
Plus Now there's another main feature that I Really love about the ego 56 volt Products and that's the ability to Really power through about anything [Music] [Applause] Foreign So regardless of the thickness of the Grass you can really cut through about Anything with the ego and you can see It's governed as well when it gets into The thicker grass it will actually power Up speed up some more to apply more Power to the blades and the ego lm2114 SP is going to run you about 550 for the Kit with the six amp hour battery Now this may look like the 2114 but this Is actually the LM 2125 SP and it has Six foot pounds of cutting torque and Just like the 2114 had six pounds of Cutting torque as well however this Comes kitted with a seven and a half amp Hour 56 volt battery so a little bit Bigger gonna give you 10 more minutes of Run time so this is going to be a 60 Minute run time versus the 50 minute run Time on the 21-14 so this is the 2125 21 Inch self-propelled a little bit Different with the touch Drive controls We'll go over that in a moment but the Same features when it comes to raising And lowering the deck very easy to do so I can adjust that wherever I need to
Quickly with one hand and raise up the Whole mower without a problem We can also fold the handles just like Before Quickly Stow this away Fold this up Maybe I want to take that bag off Then we can fold that up we see the Bottom of the mower there again Self-propelled unit so the rear wheels Are going to be the driving force behind This 21 inch cutting blade And I can quickly Put this back up and be ready for mowing Now just like on the 2114 I can quickly switch between Bagging just like that so hook the bag On there I want to take it off easily Pull that off I can put the mulching plug in And that's basically going to close Everything off and now it's going to Keep all the contents of The Cutting Debris inside that and continue to mulch That up and drop it out to bottom And then if I want the side discharge And by the way if you're cutting through Thick stuff then I'd recommend using the Side discharge that easily goes in there The lid closes down and holds that in Place So now we have a rear discharge or a Side discharge that again is not going To get in the way when you're cutting
Along a fence or a pathway or something Like that Now we're looking at the drive controls On the 2125 which are a bit different Than the 2114 we still have an on off Switch for the LED lights if we want to Just just by pushing this button right Here and we can turn them on or off we Also have the power button right here And here's our safety ring here So if we want to engage the blades we Again have to hold the power button down And pull the ring back that engages the Blades now we can let go of the power Button Let go of the safety ring and that's Going to turn the mower off or at least Turn the blade off now anytime the mower Has the battery in you can actually use The self-propelled but again different On this one we don't have to pull a Lever we have a button on either side That we can engage with our thumb our Forefinger or Palm whatever is the most Comfortable and this is going to be our Speed So you can see you can turn it all the Way down here and now it's off You can turn it up just one click And now that's going to engage the slow Speed and all the way up And it's going to go pretty fast now one Thing I really like about these mowers I'm six foot two and typically have a
Long fast stride and this mower will go About as fast as I want to walk so it Will keep up with my Pace there's some Mowers out there that just don't seem to Keep up with the pace and you feel like You're always walking into it the ego Products either one the 2114 and the 2125 actually do a great job of being Able to go as fast as you want to go and Again I can dial that down so if one of My kids want to mow that's a little bit Shorter a little bit shorter stride I Want to go a little bit slower you can Speed that down or bring the speed down And now go about as slow as you want to Or bring it all the way off if you're Cutting through a lot of thick stuff and Again we're getting the same six foot Pounds of cutting torque with this mower As well Thank you [Music] And then even for the thicker stuff Foreign So the model number lm2125 SP you can Get for 650 dollars and that comes with the Seven and a half amp hour 56 volt Battery and the charger as well This is the new Ht2601 26 inch hedge trimmer now a Couple of cool things about this Foreign Number one a first hedge trimmer we've
Seen with a carbon fiber Spine down the Middle so nice and stiff lightweight Laser cut blades looks like every bit of Probably an inch and a half of opening There and they are dual action blades as Well now we have a safety ring here that We can grab from any point but really One of the cool things about this we see A trigger here which again you have to Engage both of these triggers you have To have the safety device in and you Have to pull the trigger to engage the Actual cutting blades And actually you have to do three things So you have to grab this ring here press The trigger lock squeeze the trigger and Now you're Off to the Races now I can Let go here and grab again and still Engage it so as long as I don't let go I Don't have to engage that trigger lock Again but the other cool thing is you See a secondary trigger right there That's really not a trigger if you pull That it releases the handle and now we Can turn that now we can cut the face of A hedge if we need to And we can also index it at like a 45 Also if we want to do some beveling or Actually you know do a radius we can Easily do that and that's going to index In five different locations one two Three four and five so we can get 90 Degrees on either side as well as at the 45 degrees on either side as well
Now Kitty with a two and a half amp hour Battery you're going to cut as much as You want to with this guy it's going to Last a long time hedge trimmers don't Seem to have a big drag on on batteries So that two and a half amp power keeps It nice and slim as well as light the Brushless motor is going to give you a Ton of run time So the ht2601 is going to run you 250 Dollars and that's with the two and a Half hour battery charger and the hedge Trimmer this is the ego 56 volt MST 1603 And it's their carbon fiber shaft Multi-head string trimmer now obviously We have a carbon fiber shaft and the Heads can be changed out on this so not Only is it a string trimmer you can Change it out to be your edger and to it Be any other device that they make any Other attachment you can connect to this Now this has the power load technology Which means when the string runs out you Just feed it straight through hold this Button down and it will pull that string In so again once the line runs out you Feed it through you hold the power load Button down and it winds the string in For you so as you're trimming just bump The head on the ground and it's going to Extend that line out where it needs to You also get a 16 inch cutting swath it Comes paired with a 4 amp hour battery And you're going to get about 45 minutes
Of run time on this and you have two Speeds so you can see here the two Lights lit up there that tells me it's In high hit the button again and now I'm In low so that's going to save you uh You know a little power if you're not Needing all that power you can cut in Low and then as you get to the higher Stuff go to high now very easy to change Out these attachments loosen up the Thumb screw here push the button and Slide it out and you're ready to go put Your other attachment in slide it back In it's going to lock into place clamp Down that thumb screw and now you've got A nice and stiffed Now you've got a nice and stiff string Trimmer I can also adjust this handle Flip this up slide it up slide it back Wherever I need to clamp it back down And now it's nice and comfortable where I want to use it so right now I've got It in low So even this thick stuff in low I'm Absolutely fine but if I want to go to High I can definitely do it Foreign You about 219 dollars for the bare tool We don't yet have a kit price on this And finally we have the ego Ps1001 now this is the 10 inch Telescoping pole saw comes with a carbon Fiber shaft as well as a two and a half Amp hour battery is going to keep things
Nice and light and then on the business End here we have the 10 inch blade and We can see the translucent tank here Where we can easily see our bar and Chain oil and without tools we can also Set the blade tension on here just by Flipping this up backing it off a turn Tightening it back up and that's going To keep the tension on that blade Exactly where it needs to be we also Have an all metal bucking Spike here so If you're actually wanting to kind of Dig in and bite on that piece of wood You can do so and also it doubles as a Hook as well if you're needing to drag Something out of a hedge after cutting That comes in very handy now on the Carbon fiber shaft here you see that we Can easily flip this out and extend this Another couple of feet to get give us Even more cutting ability from the Ground So you can get the ego 56 volt 10 inch Pole saw model number ps1001 for 350 and That comes with the pole saw the Telescoping pole saw as well as a two And a half amp hour battery and the Charger so be sure to check the links in The descriptions for each one of these New ego stick tools that we see here in Front of us as well as the two new Mowers have a Merry Christmas have a Happy New Year and be sure to hit that Like And subscribe button if you haven't
